新浪财经讯 4月10日上午消息，有媒体报道中国国家发改委投资研究所战略室副主任王元京昨表示，在中国去年公布的人民币4万亿元的经济刺激方案中，将有9.3%的资金用于投资能源相关领域。
王元京在出席息望能源主办的中国石油商贸大会时表示，中国的石油及天然气开采行业将获得1,275亿元人民币的资金，石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业将获得474亿元人民币的资金。
他还表示，化学工业将获得1,988亿元人民币的资金。
王元京还预计，中国2010年的原油表观消费量将达到3.8亿至4亿吨，同年的原油加工量在3.7亿吨左右。

However, the public knows these roadside stalls don't affect urban development.
People have never doubted how these stalls make their lives more convenient.
